1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the pk67 platform, including the website located at pk67.lat and all associated services, games, betting markets, and cashier functions (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform, you ("User", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the pk67 Platform and close your account. pk67 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address.

2. Eligibility

To register for and use the pk67 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person aged 18 years or older. pk67 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification via CNIC is mandatory before withdrawals are processed.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of pk67, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be self-excluded from the pk67 Platform pursuant to Section 10 of these Terms.
• You must not have had a pk67 account previously terminated for breach of these Terms.

pk67 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration

To use the pk67 Platform, you must register for an account by providing your Pakistani mobile number, creating a secure password, and agreeing to these Terms. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for updating your account information if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on the pk67 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different mobile numbers, identities, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. pk67 employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All accounts associated with the individual will be suspended;
• Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at pk67's discretion;
• Winnings generated through gameplay on a duplicate account may be voided.

3.3 KYC Verification

pk67 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC) before your first withdrawal is processed. pk67 may also request additional documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, at its reasonable discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may be restricted or suspended.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk67 account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. You agree to notify pk67 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. pk67 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

pk67 accepts deposits denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the cashier page. pk67 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. pk67 aims to process withdrawal requests within one business day, though processing times may vary depending on payment provider queues. pk67 reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the pk67 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees. No currency conversion is applied. The balance displayed in your pk67 account at all times reflects PKR. pk67 does not charge currency conversion fees.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the pk67 Platform are subject to the specific game or market rules applicable to that product, as displayed within the game interface or sportsbook. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. pk67 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets, except where the relevant game rules expressly permit cancellation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, pk67 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to player accounts. The decision of pk67 in such circumstances is final.
• Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the applicable sport's official result as determined by the relevant governing body. Settlement is carried out as soon as reasonably practicable after the conclusion of the relevant event.
• pk67 reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits or to refuse any bet at its reasonable discretion.
• The use of automated betting systems, bots, or any software that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pk67 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards to eligible accounts. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are awarded to the account of the eligible player and cannot be transferred.
• Where a wagering requirement is specified, the bonus amount and/or any winnings derived from the bonus must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested.
• pk67 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and to disqualify any player found to be abusing promotional offers.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless pk67 expressly states otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the pk67 Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, legal action:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creating or using multiple accounts (see Section 3.2);
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or fraud;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to obtain an unfair advantage — any winnings obtained in this way will be voided;
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Harassment or abusive conduct directed at pk67 staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk67 Platform — including but not limited to the pk67 brand name, logo, game graphics, interface design, software, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk67 or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of pk67.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk67 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond pk67's reasonable control;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses arising from your use of the Platform;
• Losses incurred as a result of game outcomes determined by certified random number generators.

pk67's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

pk67 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Every pk67 account holder has access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

If gambling is causing you or someone you know financial or personal hardship, please activate self-exclusion immediately and seek professional support. 18+ only. You are responsible for ensuring that using the pk67 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

pk67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected;
• KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity is detected;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require account restriction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to the player via the registered payment method, net of any amounts owed to pk67, unless the closure is due to fraud or money laundering, in which case funds may be withheld pending investigation.

You may close your own pk67 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed normally.

12. Amendments to These Terms

pk67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pk67 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the revised Terms take effect.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the pk67 Platform shall be subject to the governing law applicable to pk67's operating entity. In the event of a dispute between you and pk67 regarding any aspect of your account or these Terms, you agree to contact pk67 support in the first instance and allow a reasonable period for the matter to be resolved. pk67 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. pk67's decisions in relation to disputed game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account actions are final, subject to applicable law.
